What kind of music do you like?

I have a lot of variety because it depends on my mood. But some of my "go-to" pump me up songs are...

Christina Aguilera -- Fighter
Kanye West -- Stronger
Drowning Pool -- Sinner
Drowning Pool -- Bodies
Muse -- Uprising
Lady Gaga -- Poker Face
Ciara -- Like a Boy
3 Doors Down -- Kryptonite

Here are a few from my running playlist on my iPod - its kind of a mix of Top 40 and indie rock...

Killers -- Human
Killers -- Somebody Told Me
Lady Gaga -- Bad Romance
Outkast -- B.O.B.
Kelly Clarkson -- Miss Independent
The Decemberists -- Oh Valencia
Death Cab for Cutie -- The Sound of Settling
New Radicals -- You Get What You Give
Anything by Arcade Fire or Vampire Weekend is good too.

I dont know how you feel about Techno/House music- i only listen to it when im working out or cleaning because it pumps me up so much, the beat is great and fast paced. The DJ i listen to is Paul Van Dyk

For An Angel
Enjoy the Silence
Nothing But you
Crush
Alive

Also..

Joss Stone- You Had Me
Buckcherry-Crazy *****
Jay Z-Allure
Metallica-Unforgiven

Enjoy!

I like pop-rocky type music with a good beat to keep me going. Today was a mix of Bon Jovi, Paolo Nutini and Hot Hot Heat. When I'm outside walking I like listening to audiobooks. They really help me lose myself in my head. Not great in a noisy gym though.

Killers, Rhianna, PitBull, Ratatat, Hot Chip, Britney Spears, Madonna, and Lady Gaga are some of my usual sources for my workout playlist. Lately, I have been going to a site called Run Hundred when I need some inspiration to mix up my playlist. Songs are organized by beats per minute, you can listen to samples, and even vote if they are songs you would workout to.
