… I never really went away. I didn't want the people who supported me through the first few pounds to think I had given up. I had a nasty fall on the ice and you don’t bounce so well when you are 60. Anyway, I kept on eating sensibly when I came out of hospital and continued to lose nice and slowly. How’s everyone else doing?
