Hi everyone,

Scottish single mum fast approaching her 40s and on a mission!

So far have lost 11 lbs by changing diet and introducing my groaning body to excercise. Feel like I am getting there but feel that my journey will be helped by finding others who are on the same path as I am!

I am looking for buddies to stay in touch with and offer mutual support and a bit of a laugh to help stay motivated.

I have around 60lbs that I would like to say goodbye too. If you feel like you want to get in touch, please let me know.

Hi i`m also scottish, and i`ve a few stone to loose, i joined rosemary conley diet and fitness last tuesday so tomorrow will be my 1st weigh in
I`m married with 2 kids aged 8 and 4 and i`m 44 years old and thought it was about time i lost this weight finally and forever, i`ve been on diets on and off for years but never stuck to them for long, but this time i`m in it for the long haul
