I have 2 others of Jillians. No More Trouble Zones which is circuit training with light weights for toning and muscle development. About 40-50 minutes in lenght. I LOVE this one! I also have Banish Fat Boost Metabolism which is circuit training cardio with kick boxing, plyo, old school calastenics(sp). She is brutal in this one. Also a fave!

Biggest Loser has some Dvd's as well. Cardio Max is three levels-Level 1 20min with Bob, Level 2 10 min w/ Jillian, Level 3 10 min with Kim. Power Sculpt, Level 1 20min w/ Jillian, Level 2 10 min with Kim, Level 3 10 min with Bob. These are great cause you can mix and match them in so many ways. I often will add a level or two after 30DS. Biggest Loser also has WeightLoss Yoga 3 levels all with Bob. This is awesome as well, yoga that builds muscle, gives you a good sweat, improves flexibility and includeds modifiers.
