What's your workout?
Just thought it would be nice to get an idea of what everyone is doing for their workouts.
Me I just started, but I plan to do 3 days a week at least 30 mins walking on the treadmill, and alternating some sort of other cardio either billy blanks bootcamp or other dvd workout.
It's your turn!

I haven't really been on it like I should've been for the past month and half. I have been slacking off majorily. However, even in my lazy phase I am doing a minimum of 3 days a week, but on good weeks 5 days a week. I'm doing Hip Hop Abs, Turbo Jam, and Zumba.
If I don't feel like doing any of those workouts I do a quick Walk Away the Pounds.

On M, W, F I do at least 30 minutes of Your Shape on the Wii. T, TH, Sat I power walk with walking sticks for 30-45 minutes. Sunday I rest. The walking seems to kick my butt more than the work-out. Go figure...

I normally workout out everyday on the elliptical for 40 minutes, but haven't this last week due to my sinus infection!! I'm REALLY hoping I start feeling better, because I miss the gym!!

On a GOOD week I do 2-3 zumba classes (60' each), or 2 zumba (60' each) and one treadmill/bicycle session (30'). I feel better with exercise...I WISH I would get to the point where I didn't have to PUSH myself to go....but am hoping over time I'll get there....Some weeks aren't good weeks but I just keep plugging along and trying again.

Zumba is fun! It is so hard at first to get the moves, I am sure I look like a spaz doing it, but it is a lot of fun!

I have such a wacky schedule, that I am not able to go to a class. So I bought the dvds. If you do an internet search for it, there is a link that will locate Zumba classes near you. Since we are from the same round about area I know Offutt AFB offers a Zumba class if you can get on base. I also believe 24 hour fitness offers it as well. Also, I can't remember the fitness place but there was another one out in Papillion that offers Zumba as well.

I have the DVD's also. I would like to go to the classes on base but unfortunately they are not at convenient times for me to go to.
