1.5 months of exercising almost every day. Cardioke, boot camp. 30-Day Shred for the past week plus Boot Camp.
No snacks. I eat only 2 piece of pita bread and hummus for dinner. Half a bagel for breakfast, salad for lunch. I don't go hungry--I try to include an egg for protein.
Apparently, I can only lose weight if I am hungry! I'm already down to like 1000 calories, but I'm not starving and I'm exercising like a maniac. I don't think my body has kicked into starvation mode or anything like that. I try to give myself a break from exercise, thinking it's my muscles needing to recuperate.
I do look more toned, but I weigh exactly the same. I know muscle weighs more than fat for the same volume, but seriously, how much could my body reditribute itself to maintain the EXACT same weight. I want to look thinNER. I fit into a size 6, but my waist and thighs look like a size 8. I lost all of the weight in my neck.
My arms are slightly more toned and waist is a little more trim. That's it. I can run a marathon, but I'm still fatty with a stupid womanly shape (LOL).
I'm kind of laughing at myself reading all this.
I'm a lunatic.
