Default 10 lb Mini Goal Met!!!

Thank you all. With your help on this forum, I have lost 10 lbs. It has been awesome.

I have been counting calories, eating well balanced meals and doing the 30 day shred.

This time I have been able to make it because of this forum. It has helped reading everyone's posts and their support.

Last week I shot up 5 lbs and then it dropped over 3 days. I must have been taking in some salt or my hormones or something. Just an FYI for those who get discouraged by the scales. It is not that important and it will pass. I am a numbers girl so it is hard not to look at the scale.

PS I am also proud of myself today. Picked up a oreo milkshake for the dh today and didn't want a thing!
