Question Watermelon crisis.

Ok, I have been craving watermelon and I bought a half of one at the store. It wasn't the typical oval/watermelon type. It was literally the size of a basketball. I bought half of that.

I took the half, and cut it in half, so I had a big wedge.

Can anyone guestimate for me, the calories, fat and fiber. I record those as well as the points. I tried to imagine how many cups were in it, but I have no idea. I was too hungry to cut and measure.

I think, it wasn't as healthy as I thought. Dang it.

Any help would be appreciated. Just let me know, if it was YOU, how would you calculate it.

Tiff

What was the size of the wedge. You can measure that and figure from there. I think 1 1/2 cups of watermelon is 1 point.

Personally I don't worry about eating alittle more fruit in my week. I didn't get fat eating watermelon!

Seriously though......you probably ate 2pts worth.

To me that is better than eating 2pts worth of chips!

Don't let it get you down!
