I just made some well nice muffins!!
Mix 2 tablespoons crunchy peanut butter with 1 egg, 3 tbsp milk, 5 tbsp splenda, 2 tbsp cocoa amd drop of vanilla essence. Divide into muffin cases, makes about 5 and cook for 10/15 mins on 280. Yummy!!!!!!!!!!!x Could you technically eat all 5?? Seeing as though you are allowed 2 tbsp peanut butter a day?? Im not planning on doing this!!

Yes, Lusty, you could technically eat all five. Are you using a mini-muffin pan for these?

I just used a baking tray and put the muffin cases on top! Now youve said i can eat all 5 im tempted but not going to! Got a feeling im not going to of lost this week but i have really tried!!
