Default Exercise and Gulping Water

Hey Y'all - Thanks for the advice about the baby utensils. I figure I might as well throw all my questions out here and get them answered instead of letting them take up space in my head. I've started an excercize program with a trainer earlier this year. I HATE going because I get soooo out of breath and I can't do as much as I think I should do. Anyway, one thing that scares me is that when I exercise (walk), I sweat A LOT and therefore I drink A LOT of water. I know that I won't be able to gulp down water like I do now. How do you handle it?

you will SIP your water - and as you exercise [starting now -congrats!], your body will adjust.

it's essential that, after the surgery, you stay hydrated. and that will mean COnSTANTLY having some water with you, and you'll sip all day long. you will be fine.
