First Day on SBD - New here.
So today was the end of my first day on SBD. So far so good.
My sister encouraged me to start this so that I can reach my goal. I have been able to lose weight with watching what I eat and a bootcamp I go to five days a week (at 5am). But I know the SBD will help me reach my goal and help me stay healthier.

he he...Bian...I used to do bootcamp at 5am too...lol For like a year!! I stopped going, it was hitting the pocket book too hard. But I miss it! Welcome to SBD!!!
