January Weightloss Target Weigh Ins
Thought I'd get this started for Ruth. Did you meet your target? (see sticky on main thread if you do not remember your target)

I forgot to weigh in before breakfast but I showed a 10 pound loss so I officially made it past my goal of 9. Real ticker weigh-in tomorrow before the endoscopy!

I was 140 (STILL!) this morning, which puts me four pounds below where I was on the first. My goal was two.

My goal was 10 lbs. and I lost 8.2, so that puts me below my goal, but at least I did lose each week. So while I did not meet my goal, I'm pretty much satisfied.

My goal was 2. Sadly I actually gained another lb between setting that and the 1st. On the plus side I'm down 3.4 from that weight so up 1 and down 3.4. Progress

I lost my 5, but just barely.
I was holding my breath when I stepped on the scale yesterday.

Heidi, you should have exhaled! All that extra air must weigh something!

I lost 9 of the 10 of my goal. I just started on phase 1 on 12/28 so I think I lost most of the ten pounds the first two weeks! Scale hasn't been moving much at all the past 2 weeks. But that is okay, I feel SO much better than I did before I started this.
