Talking Southbeach dvd!

Hello!!
Just wandering if anyone has tried the excersise dvd? My friend got it for me for christmas, have done it afew times and i quite like it. The cardio section is only 20 mins, knakering but doo able!
How many times would you reccomend i did it a week? Theres also a 15 minute full body work out, was doing them on alternate days. Would be really gratefull for any suggestions!
Ive not been that great this week so want to kick start things next week!!
Thanks

I don't have the dvd, but the SB Supercharged book does mention there's a dvd. In the book it says to alternate days between the interval cardio and the full body workout. The book also has different three phases of workouts. Phase 1 is two weeks, Phase 2 is four weeks, and Phase 3 is intended to be done...forever...lol Not sure how the DVD is segmented, but I hope that helps.

just did it and then wolfed down my tea!!! The cardio section is really good, only 20 mins but you feel like you have done a good workout!! I dont know whether to just do the cardio workout everyday and forget about the full body for the mo as its only 15 mins and feel the cardio will have better results?

According to the book you're supposed to rotate days. On the days you do the full body workout, the book says to go for a 20 minute leisurely walk (if you have time). I think the whole idea with the book is that they don't want you to overdo it...so just take it slow. Obviously you know yourself better than a book, so I would do what feels comfortable for you.

For me...if I had enough time...I would do both of them each day. But not everyone can handle that. Just pay attention to what your body is tellin' ya
