Default BLUE Teams WOSC Nutritional Journals Week 4

This is the format for the Nutrition Journal for those who wish to utilize it. You could also add total calories for the day to the bottom of each day (if you are a calorie counter) or points (Weight Watchers), or just simply POP (perfectly on plan) ... whatever works for you ...
Just cut and paste into your own post an return each day to EDIT (update) that same post, please do not repost for each day.. Thank You!!

Tuesday
Breakfast - Atkins vanilla shake
Lunch -1/2 chicken breast/side salad with ranch/cottage cheese
Supper - ham on lots of mixed greens/peppers/ranch
Snacks (am/pm) - 1/2 chicken breast/pecans

Wednesday
Breakfast - 3 egg omlette with ham/cheese (gave about 1/4 to the dog)/ 1/2 green pepper
Lunch - 2 C CABBAGE SOUP heavy with beef
Supper - green bean fries/ham
Snacks (am/pm) - 60 pistachios

Thursday
Breakfast - a quiche with american slice
Lunch -2 c cabbage soup heavy on the beef
Supper -
Snacks (am/pm) -

Friday
Breakfast - quiche
Lunch -tuna and veggie on lc wrap
Supper - burger with lettuce/mayo/onion on wrap
Snacks (am/pm) - nuts/nuts

Breakfast - 3 egg onion and cheese omlete

Snack - 100 calorie pack of oreos
Lunch - grilled cheese sandwich, edible pod snap peas, 100 calorie half moon
Supper - small grilled pork chop, 1/2 medium potato, 1 tbsp ketchup, 1 cup mixed greens with 1 tsp honey mustard dressing
Snack - orange, cup of tea with 1 tsp sugar, 1 tsp cream
TOTAL CALORIES: 1,331 (tried to eat more but I'm feeling nauseated
