So my Mother in Law will be visiting in Feb and wants to take family portraits. I have always wanted to do this since we had our 1st. Now we have 3 kids! I am currently 189 and no where near confident enough for pictures.
I need to be extra dedicated. But I dont exercise. No money for the gym or equipment and my husband thinks its not safe to go walking. I am worried I will still be 189 for the portraits.
What can I do to kick start more weight loss?
I have uped my fiber in take. I drink 5bottles of water/day and green tea ( diet). I eat healthier, I could do better there. But what else?
Help please!! I want to look nice!
