Cool Yikes, Family Portraits

So my Mother in Law will be visiting in Feb and wants to take family portraits. I have always wanted to do this since we had our 1st. Now we have 3 kids! I am currently 189 and no where near confident enough for pictures.

I need to be extra dedicated. But I dont exercise. No money for the gym or equipment and my husband thinks its not safe to go walking. I am worried I will still be 189 for the portraits.

What can I do to kick start more weight loss?

I have uped my fiber in take. I drink 5bottles of water/day and green tea ( diet). I eat healthier, I could do better there. But what else?

Help please!! I want to look nice!

work out videos... or if you have on demand there are a ton of workouts under the exercise tv section

You can even find some clips of workout videos online if you can't get the workout dvd's... I've found some users on youtube that have entire workout videos posted in parts.

I concur that you can do some things at home like pilates, yoga and online exercise videos!

You've already come along way since 250 lbs so CONGRATULATIONS. I bet you look fabulous already.
