Default RED TEAM Boost Challenge - Week 3 (1/21-1/23)

Okay, so I'm shamlessly stealing Angela's Blue team boost challenge. I feel a little guilty about this, but I've had a doozy of a week and I just don't have any extra energy to come up with something on my own. Please be forgiving!

These moves kicked my butt! I thought I've seen it all in exercising so it was nice to experience exercises I've never tried before.
