Default Last Chance Workout!!

It's Sunday again - the day before the weigh in! Who's with me on a Last Chance Workout!?

My plan is to come home after church, have lunch, plan lessons for next week and then hit the treadmill. I will be running 2/5min for 40min total. I would rather take a NAP!!

Great job Nassmom!! 2 miles is a chunk, go you!

My workout = FAIL. I opted for the nap - DH got his workout in. Oh well - sometimes you just gotta rest.

I am going to do a 1/2 hour aerobics routine and then do my cardiofit for 30 minutes. Woot! Watch out tomorrow, ya'll!

Maybe I should start weighing in on Tuesdays since I'm a day ahead of everyone! Just to keep you guessing, I'll wait until tomorrow to post my weight, but needless to say, I'm happy with what I managed to lose.

Way to go those of you who did your workout! My Sunday workout was a 12km (roundtrip) hike through the bush. My knees and hips ache like **** and I don't know how my run is going to go tomorrow. Food intake sucked today; one twix bar for morning tea, no lunch and a blueberry/caramel slice and a cheese scone for afternoon tea . Dinner looks like it's going to be a BBQ chicken breast in a salad and some fruit for dessert. Let's see if I can salvage today and get myself back on track. I haven't written down what I've eaten for 2 days except for breakfast. I feel like a .
