I got a great deal on some super lean 94/6 kosher ground turkey today. The packaging said it contains 170 calories per 4oz. serving. Well, I bought 69oz. of it, and browned it all in a frying pan to use later. I separated the meat from the juices, and I weighed the juice as 14oz. before I dumped it.

Does anyone have any idea how many calories the juices contained? (I'm thinking with the fat it contains, it would be more than the 170 a 4oz. serving contains.)

Interesting. I have no clue! I would just count the 4oz of cooked meat as the regular 170. Wonder what someone else will say.
