Down 4 pounds the first week!
woohoo! i was kinda hoping to see more but it is my TOM right now and i did eat alot of cheese the past 2 days and i recently burned my leg pretty bad so i might be retaining some fluid due to that even though i have been drinking sooo much water. Im relieved and happy! Hoping that next week shows more even if its just a couple of pounds! Im doing it!
