Hi everyone!
My son is nearly 21 months old and still nursing. He usually has a feed early morning, for naptime and then at bedtime and through the night (we co-sleep).
I was about 200lb at my heaviest during pregnancy. I now weigh 150lbs and I put the weight loss down to breastfeeding and babywearing! My eating habits changed very little until now!
My goal is to reach 120lbs by the summer through calorie counting and exercise, but I'm having trouble trying to fit exercise into being a full-time mum! I'll get there
