That is fantastic!!!! I am going this again on my own and was wondering if I should just start with the menus or do preconditioning for a week. Did you start losing once on the menus?

HI Kristin, I too am going to start over on my own.. I'm doing preconditioning for a week and then the days 1-4 and days 5-10. I'm having a hard time finding the META SLIM PLUS as i'm now over 200 LBS again, all i can find is the regular green menu... Let me know if you want a buddy to start with from the beginning..

Yes - I would be more than happy to buddy with you. Like I replied to your other post I will look to see if I have the Meta Slim Plus menu at home still. Also got some information on stabalization that I can send to you as well.
