Bev Senior Member Thread Starter Join Date: Aug 2001 Location: nc Posts: 716 S/C/G: 180/171.6/150 Height: 5'4	weight watchers exchanges I was wondering if anyone is losing weight following the weight watchers exchange program. I lost 30 lbs when weight watchers was following this so I decided to go back to it after trying points and counting calories. I was wondering if anyone had a copy of the old journal or knew of a web site that had it on it . if anyone could help I would appreicate it. Last edited by its_my_life; 08-08-2002 at 02:36 PM.
