Me: 195.5, same as last week. Which is a little surprising, given how much holiday junk I've been eating this week. Well, a new year, a new start. Good luck in 2010, everyone!
I was 163.6lbs this morning...officially passing my halfway-to-goal mark! I was pleasantly surprised since I've been kind of lazy with workouts but I have been faithful to my meal plans!
150.6 - That's almost 4 lbs more than I was a year ago. Doesn't sound like much, but I was trying (for the first time in my life, really) to lose weight and all I did was put on more.
Time to get SERIOUS.
I've been 176.2, for a couple weeks, I somehow managed to maintain through the holidays. I've started running and did 5 miles yesterday. But I also went to about 4 parties, and have been eating constantly since thanksgiving, well back on the wagon.
I'm new to your club and happy I found it yesterday. Today I weigh 225, up more than I wanted from holidays, but to me that means those first few pounds will leave quickly. I am 5'9" with final goal weight of 150.... but I'm just hoping for 5 pounds at a time. Happy New Year! kkhm.
I am ready to change this part of my life. I'm not sure if this is a regular or weekly weigh-in or "it's the new year and time to be accountable", but I'm posting.
After I quite smoking (Nov 8, 2009) and all the holiday foods, I have gained 10 lbs and am at my highest weight EVER of 236! UGH!!
My ticker reflects a 3 lb loss in 1 day... this is sodium, but I don't feel bloated like the past few days, so I'm taking it!
Good luck to everyone and try to focus on why you want to lose weight so you can focus on your plan. ...that's my plan!
