Default the last ___ lbs

hello all! this is a CHALLENGE!

i've been looking back at this year and i realized that in 2009, i only lost about 20 lbs. the year before, i had lost 50, and i am sooo much closer to goal now than i was then, but i've gotten lazy. however, it is now TIME.

so, this challenge is to all of you guys who have the last ___ lbs to lose. i hope that you guys can come join me to "finish this up".

p.s. all of you maintainers are welcome to hang out with me(us) too, i've seen you guys post around and you all are such an inspiration to me! (:

Im at 143 right now and I would like to lose about 13-14more lbs. I would even be happy with 10lbs but 14 is my ultimate goal

My goal is to have it all off by April 10th 2010 thats my bday!!!! When I get down to the low 40's my body likes to stay here so I really have to shock it in order for it to change. So Im giving myself 4 months to get it off

My plan: To continue with Chalean Extreme. I am half way thru the program and have seen some great results and changes in my body. I also do HIIT on weight lifting days and run up to 6miles on off days. I also plan to start doing yoga again on my off days as well to start lengthening my muscles.

Eating Im tracking my calories with the daily plate. My main goal with food is watching my sodium intake. Especially working nights. I tend to like to load up on snacks but that only happens when I dont bring in my own food.

2010 is going to be a great year I can feel it. I want to go into my 10yr class reunion looking the same or better than I left. I was 135-140 at the end of HS but I was very toned. So heres to a New Year
Good luck ladies

oh i'm in! i reached my goal already but have readjusted it so i'm going for 12 more.

i've done a relatively good job maintaining (within 5 lbs) but i stopped on the calorie counting front, which is why i'm no longer losing. i need to step that up once i get home from my brothers...sounds like procrastination but it's not because here i really have NO idea what we're doing for the next meal and since i have no control over my food, i don't think it's fair to myself to put on the pressure of calorie counting.

here's to thursday when the heat is on!!

Well, I still have quite a bit to lose to "finish it up", but it doesn't seem like TOO much when compared to what I've already lost. So, my goal is to lose these last 37 lbs by June...so that I can say I lost 101 pounds in less than one year.

I'd like to lose about 20 pounds. though I'd be happy with 10, my body felt the best 20 pounds (ish) lighter. My ultimate high was around 165 back in highschool. And the all time low was 128. I'd like to get back there and then some by summer time.

Does it have to be pounds? How about a strength goal. I met my weight goal, but I REALLY need to work on my toning.

Much like angee, I still have a lot to lose...but at the same time...I'd love to be able to say I lost 101 lbs in less then a year, so I'd like to lose the last 44 lbs by July...I don't know if I can manage it, I haven't hit a plateau yet, and if I did who knows how long it would take me...but if I can manage it, I'd be so happy!

I'm definitely in!! I have about 10 lbs to lose until goal. I will probably try to lose another 5-10 on top of that when I'm done, but for now I just need to make it to my first goal.

I'd like to lose 20 lbs by my 28th birthday in May.

Count me in, too! I want to lose at least 5, but ideally 10-15 more lbs.

Seems like I got to 150 and my body hit the breaks. I've been stuck here since October, after consistently losing for 9 months.

jay, i know what you mean! i'm visiting my brothers in arizona and while they have a scale, i don't use it because it's so different from mine. every time i come out here it either reads me higher or lower than mine and i get home and i'm either really excited becaue i dropped more weight than i thought i did or super disappointed cuz i thought i maintained and actually gained. so this time, i'm staying away from it and starting fresh when i get home

My main goal is to lose the last 20 pounds. Weigh in today made that an official 20 pounds until goal and I'm excited about that.
