Talking Delicious Green Beans!

Okay, so I am not a veggie eater and I've been trying to find (TASTY) ways to jazz up veggies for myself so that I can at least get them down.

I found this online. Adding a TBSP of mayo and a TBSP of soy sauce and cooking it with the green beans, plus adding salt and pepper to taste. I have to tell you guys, it was fantastic. It was SO GOOD.

It definitely helps with cravings for Chinese food.

The mayo really just adds fat so you could probably use olive oil or just spray the pan. I agree - soy sauce even in a small does makes a big diff

That sounds really great! How many green beans did you use? I wonder if it would taste even better with some fresh garlic?

I sauté green beans with garlic or a mess of onions with chicken broth. Super delish.

I used about 1 1/2 cups of green beans. I didn't even think about garlic, I'll try that tomorrow.

Tommy, I used fat-free mayo...sorry I didn't specify that in my original post.

Prep Time: 10 min * Total Time: 10 min * Makes: 6 servings, 3/4 cup each

What you Need:

3 cups hot cooked fresh green beans (1 lb.)
