Hi everyone. I'm a new member. I am a stay at home mom with two boys. I will be 40 in just a few months. My husband is currently overseas. I started dieting 4 months ago at 220 and went down about 5 lb. I am now on a medical weight loss plan with a dr. It has only shakes but they are really tasty and pretty filling. Hope I can make it for the long hall and then maintain. The dr has a maintenance plan which you can stay on with him as long as you need. I really want to get down to 120 and wear a size S. That is my dream weight. -Liz
