December's Goals
Hey all!!! I wanted to start a goal thread for this month. We will all have a lot of challenges and focusing on a goal might help us get through them... Good luck!
MY DECEMBER GOALS:
*drink 100 oz H2O everyday.
*Get into the 130's and STAY THERE!!!
*Be confident in my choices.
*Work out every other day starting Sunday (we are moving this week).
