anyone doing GL
i have been on it less than 2 weeks and already i have lost 7lb
It is based on the issue of blood sugar level.Once that is level you will not feel hungry therefore eat foods that keep it peak.
You have to be careful of carbs BUT you must have protein with every carb you eat,I have cut down on bread,pots,white rice and white pasta
and so far so good.I have not once felt hungry at any part of the day and am ebjoying cooking again esp discovering new foods like seeds,nuts,etc in cooking as well.
I am enjoying
oats
milk
pumpkin seeds
pinenuts for brekkie
and other things like that and the great thing is you don't have to count calories.
IT IS WONDERFUL(well my opinion anyway)
