Default wearing my skinny pants!

I've been fitting into 18s recently, so I ordered a pair of cute slim leg pants in 18 but a brand I've never worn before. They arrived a week ago and I was crushed that they were too small-- I could barely get them to zip. But I decided to keep them, figuring that they'd fit in a month or two.

But since then I've lost FOUR POUNDS and so on a lark I tried them on. Zipped right up and they look terrific as they show off my legs which are my slimmest part.

Who knew that 4 pounds would make the difference between zipping and not zipping. Plus, I can't believe I lost 4 pounds in one week. The body is such a strange thing....

I have a great pair of dress slacks in a very small 18. I wore them 2 weeks ago and they were snug, but ok. Put them on this morning and they are FALLING OFF. They were NOT falling off when I took them off last time, and they have some spandex so they are supposed to cling. What happened? It was just two short weeks?? Weird.

Yeah, I've noticed the same thing.... I can go along and it seems like NOTHING is happening, and then, all of a sudden, I can wear all these new things...

That's amazing that 4 lbs made them zipable--must have been all 4 lbs off of your waist/hips area! Gives me hope for some pants that I'm worried I'll have to wait 10 or 15 lbs to wear!
