I am sweaty, i stink, every muscle in my body hurts and i'm pretty sure my 3 month old son was laughing me but i finished my first workout with Jillian's Banish Fat, Boost Metabolism. I know i probably looked like a big dork I think i am ready to face the day. And i feel that i can make better food choices because i'm thinking "I did not just kill myself for hour for nothing". Why exercise if you're not going to eat healthy too. Alrighty...a shower sounds pretty good right now. And later, a walk around the lake at the local park and some playtime with the babies!

I adore that workout! It might be my favorite cardio workout DVD ever. It's so hard! None of the individual moves are incredibly difficult, but when you move that much for that long, WOW!
