Been sick pretty much the entire week and then our computer was messed up for a few days. That and I pretty much only lost 1/2 lb this week. I had bumped up to 178 even though it was under last week but figured I was closer so my ticker moved but *sigh* doesn't feel great.
I figured it's mostly because my exercise has been slack because of being sick. I was doing a lot less. So I am hoping to kick it up a gear in the next few days to get a "better number" this week.
I did go out and get that Jillian 30days Shred -- did level one this morning. Man I worked up a good sweat! lol A positive note when I went for my walk I had a couple of sessions where I was jogging for over 2 minutes - that is really great for me lol Also I moved my belt down another notch!
Wow, for having a blah week, you accomplished a lot! 30DS, jogging over 2 minutes, AND moving your belt down a notch. That's a lot! I hope that you're feeling better next week. Congrats on sticking with it even during a "blah" week!
