Okay, that was a really REALLY bad weekend -- no wonder I'm not losing anything!!! I ate and drank so much last night I felt like crap this morning. I woke up completely miserable. Hopefully that will help me to turn things around and get back on track.
EXERCISE:
30 min elliptical (2.9 miles)
40 min weights (lower)
10 min abs & stretches
As miserable as I was it felt really good to exercise. Now I'm feeling much better.

You'd think with all this exercise I'd be in great shape!! I'm the perfect role model to prove that exercise alone does not help you lose the weight. If I could just quit making bad food decisions.

Well, bad news here. Wednesday morning I was having a great workout at the gym -- ran 2 1/2 miles and was half way thru my weights when I hurt my back doing squats. I'm going to the chiropracter today to hopefully get some relief. I spent all day Wednesday laying down with the ice pack / heat pad. Not fun!!!! I made it to work today but for only a half day.
Looks like I won't be the exercise queen for awhile. Someone else will have to fill my shoes.
Scuttle - hey, as long as you keep the candy cravings in control as you are, I think it's a good thing to keep having them. Denial can cause lots of problems, you know??
Liz - ouch! So sorry about your back. Hope it's better soon. ~ Sorry I won't be able to takeover your crown as the exercise queen!
