Default Food to eat when you're sick

What are anyone's favorite things to eat when they're sick? I like to make chicken soup, chili, etc but I'd love some fresh ideas. It's too easy to slip into comfort foods that aren't terribly good for us. I'm not feeling up to cooking anything labor intensive right now, so something easy would be great!

I think veggie soup is a cure all. If I'm feeling at all under the weather I immediately drag out the soup pot

Broth based soups are always good. My favorite "elixer" is 7-Up and orange Emergen-C.

I'm also a fan of chicken and dumplings soup. Yes, I'm from the south. I forget how many points it is exactly but it's really not all that bad. 2 packs of Liptons chicken noodle soup and a can of Sue Bee's dumplings. Sue Bee's brand is the best, IMO but it seems to be hard to find now a days. You may actually be able to find a lower calorie dumpling too.
