Default Hot Apple Pie

Thought I would share this... This can help with the sweet tooth in all of us.
I don't know if you have one of these or maybe the local thrift shop has them very inexpensive. or Walmart carries them for a low price.
. But those great little Stuffed sandwich makers... They make great foldover apple or cherry pies...

What you use is low cal, 45 cal bread 2 slices and 1/3 c of sugar free pie filling.. brush the outside of the bread with a little butter or light no flavor oil and then split the pie filling between the 2 triangles in the pan.. put 2nd slice on top and then close... They get really crunchy and the filling is all warm and gooie.. I sprinkle a little splenda over the finish triangles and eat up.. total for both triangle is like 130 calories..

You can fill them with just about anything ..ie
pumpkin cream, low cal pudding and slices of banana's or sugar free chocolate pud with a little peanut butter swirl in it, or make them into little sandwich like pizza pockets... or veggie pockets.. The options are endless.

They are small but just the right size for a dieter...
