I am making a casserole. Broccoli, grilled chicken cut up, brown rice, and cream of broccoli soup all mixed together and popped in the oven. I am going to add some chick peas in this casserole as well. For dessert some grapes!!
Its only 1:30 here, so I just ate lunch. Pita bread with hummus, avocado, spinach, cucumbers and hot sauce. Carrots on the side.
For dinner, I am sad to say I will most likely have a WW Smart Ones. I don't have time to cook much tonight and I need to get them out of my freezer before my roommates throw them at me
