Default Started on Monday

I began WW on Mon and am REALLY excited about it! Already I am learning things about nutrition that I didn't realize before.

Yesterday was my first day on the program and this morning I woke up hungry...looking back I don't think I got enough protein yesterday so I will try and make that better today.

One question: Do I have more 'eating points' with activity points? I don't know that I will use them - maybe as additional flex points if we go out to dinner or something? Our leader didn't go over that part...

Hi Tonia!! Welcome to WW!! If you're feeling hungry, not only look at your protein intake..but add more fiber with 0 point veggies. The fiber will help yu to feel fuller AND the veggies are full of good vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, etc. Also, drink the recommended amounts of fluids--that helps me tremendously. To answer your question, yes you can add more Points by upping your activity. These points kick in after you use your 35 Weekly Points.

Keep coming back here...this is a great group! I'm on my 3rd week of WW (a returning member).
