My husband and I found out that we're expecting a little one! It's totally a surprise since we were going to wait until November to TTC. But we couldn't be happier.
I'm still going to stick around and continue my eating habits. I'm going to talk to my doctor about my diet. I was told eating an extra 300-500 calories is perfect for the baby. I also read about a study that women who eat a healthy, controlled diet will gain an average of 9-11lbs during their whole pregnancy. I know all women are different, but I am going to make this the healthiest pregnancy I can!

that is so awesome! btw i loved your wedding pix. fyi i read tht you can still be active will your expecting with things like cardio but not too much lying on you back unless you use a stability ball and there are great workout dvds for pregnant women.
