I'm Cle...I'm 27...240.4 lbs............I'm on this journey yet again....I need to get healthy for me! I live in NYC, work ft pretty busy but I'm making time to get healthy!

Today was a good day....stayed on plan....
I seem to mess up in social settings but today I stayed strong...I didn't give into temptation....One day at a time!
