Default uuuuuuuuuggggghhhhh! I feel stuffed

Well, I thought I was doing so well, by making homemade soup for dinner. Then my Dad brings home pizza hut, my weakness is garlic bread and breadsticks, he brought home the cheese breadsticks, and I ended up eating half an order of them. Way over my calorie limit for the day including my breakfast and lunch that I already ate today.

I feel so crappy. Overfull. I think after my boyfriend goes to bed (long distance relationship, now is our together time), I will work out even though I already did my 30 minutes today, to try to combat what damage I just did. I've been under calories the last couple days so I think I'll be ok. Just so disappointed in myself. I guess pizza hut bread sticks are on my no no list.

Oh well, back on the wagon. Will eat light tomorrow just to get back in the swing of things.

It wasn't as bad as I thought, I calculated it out, could have been a lot worse. Slipups happen. Just trying to make them rare.
