Default How to divide points for the day?

How many points do you allow yourself for breakfast, lunch, snack(s), and dinner?

That is totally up to you how you divide your points up for the day. I tend to eat my highest pt meal for dinner but some days it is lunch. It again depends on what I have planned for the day.

I don't think it makes much of a difference as long as you are eating the correct number of points....

I personally am not hungry in the morning/early afternoon so I use most of my points later in the evening.

It's really best to divide them up to suit your body & it's needs.
