Unhappy I'm getting ganged up on!

So I'm smack dab in the middle of my 6th week of healthy livin' I'm doing great, I've lost 27 pounds and I'm getting addicted to exercise when all of a sudden....BOOM I get sick! I'm all light headed, congested, sore throat, coughing, and can't stand up for mor than a few minutes...just when I thought things couldn't get any worse...TOM comes creepin' it's ugly head in my week!

UGH! I am dreading getting on that scale Monday morning! I was even gonna take some progress pics......

Sorry I'm being all whiney, I'm just worried this will slow me down....

I'm not going to let it de rail me though. I'm still going to eat on plan and get back into exercise as soon as I feel normal again. I know I'll get through this, It just sucks some major patootey.

Keep up the good work. I do understand what you're going through...A sore throat feels better the more I eat or drink.
Make sure you drink lots of fluids...Once you start feeling better....it'll get better....

It's okay, just do what you are doing- concentrate on eating right and then when you aren't sick anymore work out again

I know how you feel, same thing is happening to me right now. 'Cept in reverse. Aunt Flo came to visit first then I got sick. Just when I thought I was getting better, this morning I wake up and I started having a new set of symptoms!

Despite being sick, I've been able to stay on plan and even exercise even though I feel horrible. Now I'm not "working out" but I am walking outside and getting fresh air for my exercise.

Try not to get too down about being sick. Look at it this way, you have lost 27 lbs in just six weeks, that is an awesome start!

Sorry you're not feeling well... I'm right there with ya, I got sick this past saturday and whatever it is wont let go of my lungs... I want to go work out but i cant breathe, LOL
