WW for nursing moms?
Any other nursing moms out there? I started WW again in Jan, and could not lose with the amount of points they gave me. I had 40 points (10 extra for nursing) and it was basically the same amount of food I had been eating anyway. Well I am trying again now...nursing burns about 500 cals a day supposedly, but my baby is eating solids now, she still nurses a lot, so it's confusing. I am adding 3 nursing points, just to try that out. Last week I lost 6lbs with this method (my first week so bound to lose a lot). But now I am exercising ...high intensity for 30 mins, moderate intensity for 10 mins...that's 7 more points! Not to mention the 35 extra...I just want one base number I can stick to and lose weight. Imagine if I took all 40 nursing points, then got 7 activity points, then 5 of my flex points...that's 52 points! CRAZY! Any other nursing moms have advice? If it helps I weigh about 236.
