Default Good Resource for Helping Your Kids Understand Proper Nutrition/Exercise

I was just browsing Splenda.com for recipes and came across a link to a terrific resource for parents. It's all about how to help your family find a balance between eating & exercising - much of the material could be used with kids to help them understand why it is important. Includes comparison of portion sizes 20 yrs ago to now (yikes), how to encourage exercise, & many other helpful tips on nutrition for kids. Also has a chart of kids ages and approx. calories they should be eating for their activity levels.

I printed it out and will be using it as part of our nutrition/health unit (I homeschool). Thought others might find it valuable as well!
