Hi Everyone!
I am serious about losing weight this time! I think that I may be more motivated if I had a weight loss buddy...

I am hoping to find someone that will be there through the long haul! I have about 100 lbs to lose, so I was hoping to find a buddy that had a similar goal.

I just started ediets last week, and I am really liking it so far. I've already lost 5 lbs! I started at 259, currently weigh 254, and my goal weight is 150!

I'll be 25 next month, and I think my "breaking point" was when I realized that I've gained over 100 lbs in 10 years. Kind of a harsh realization! I was always a little pudgy, but never fat. I remember being 15 and weighing 145 and being so stressed about being fat... now I'd kill to be that weight again! I have a number of reasons how I let myself get this way, but I've decided to forget about HOW I gained the weight, and just concentrate on losing the weight.

I've also started a blog to document my diet, but since I am still a newbie here, I haven't posted enough to be able to post the link. But I'll be sure to share it sometime!

So, any takers?

I dont mind being a PM buddy if you want I dont have as much to lose as you do though, so its completely up to you

hmm im interested every since i joined which was last week i been addicted to this site i just keep reading post after post everyone is so interesting and extremely FRIENDLY!! losing weight is something i can not do myself so it will be great if i can talk to you occasionally about our daily lives and how our diet is going so i hope we can become friends. have fun and goodluck =)

Hi 2ndstarr,

I just turned 26 and started doing weight watchers about 2 months ago. My goal was to lose 100 pounds and I started at 276.5. Right now I'm weighing in at 256 so I'm doing really well. Still have 80 pounds to go though. We should maybe start a group or something. I'll definitely check out your blog.

I have about 105 left to lose! At my highest I was 257 I've lost 32 so far! I'd love to be a weight loss buddy
