Today, on the news, there was a severe warning of an intense thunderstorm for the afternoon/night. Well 6pm rolls around, and still no thundershower. I usually go for my runs at 7pm. I look outside and I could see the clouds coming nearer. I know if it were to start to rain, I prob wouldn't go for my run at all. So instead of waiting til 7 to come, I went for my run right away. Right when I returned home it started to rain (which was like 7:15pm). SO YAY for me not missing my cardio today!

Today is my day off (of exercise only, not my diet) but I still took a walk, drank all my water and stayed in my calorie range! I also didn't give in to TOM cravings.

I did my half hour on the cycle and stayed on plan pretty well. I overate a bit of rice at dinner (Mexican rice is my favorite) but I did really admirably overall, and feel great

I went for my walk even though I seriously didn't want to (i'm glad I did), and even though I felt bummed out, didn't grab food to make me feel better.

Just found this thread....I LOVE IT!!!

Well yesterday I was proud because even though I am at my mom's taking care of her (double knee surgery), I managed to eat fairly well AND went to the gym to workout. And it was a good one too. Being in a new gym and not knowing where things are is a challenge in itself....but I did it.

I got my butt out of bed earlier this morning to get in my workout because I knew I wouldn't have time this evening when I normally do it. GO ME!!

I managed to roll out of bed at 6am and go for a walk (two days in a row) despite having a nasty wicked headcold. Boo for sickness.

I remembered to take my vitamen! That's a big deal for me.
Yesterday, I rode 5k on my bike in 18 minutes, which is also kinda awesome for me.
