Default Who needs a water challenge?

This past week my water intake just sucks! Who here needs a water challenge? you do? great, hop on! you don't? that's okay - you can provide us with some tips.

Let's try atleast half our body weigh in ozs or 1 gallon for 7 days.

Today - I've made a big turn around - but still have a lot of drinking to do! 93 oz today.

I'm all ready for this challenge! - Stocked up on TP today - got 36 rolls

Dana

water goal: 107 oz

Dana, I am in serious need of a water challenge. If I drink 36oz of water in a day I am lucky. I live in a part of the country where we have this stuff called Turkey Hill Diet Iced Tea, and it is like addictive to many people. It is kind of a joke for this area. We buy more of this stuff than anywhere else in the country. I could drink a gallon of that a day no problem, but I am willing to at least double my water intake and hopefully do more than that. Thankyou for the challenge. Tomarrow I will drink 72oz of water and try to add 8oz to that daily. Wish me luck!

Count me in, my water intake hasn't been all bad, but not as good as it could be, and my soda/tea/juice intake has been BAD... so maybe I'll get a little balance, especially with TOM creeping up on me.. I always seem to slack off then, instead of picking up like I should...

Talking how about a diet pepsi challenge??

Just kidding, but I would probably beat everyone in that one!
I know WW says you can count caffeine free diet soda as water intake but I dont like them as much. I will try to drink more plain ice water. Getting any is a challenge for me!

Count me in for INCREASING my water. I've been able to do 64 oz a day pretty easily lately plus green tea, iced tea/crystal light lemonade mix. So for this week my goal will be 80 oz a day. I've never been a great water drinker so to get to 64 was amazing but I want to amaze me more. it's going to be hot here again this week so that will help.

I'll have to check my TP inventory too, Dana, to be sure I'm ready.

Oops, forgot to mention the 10 oz or so I usually do of TAB. Maybe if I could cut that out again, I could go higher than 80. But I do like it so much.......(I'd never win the Diet Pepsi challenge, I'd leave that to dh).

I'm about 50 ounces in... trying for my gallon today.... no soda, and only one coffee, and one glass grape juice today :-D I figure it could be worse, it could be the crap that passes for juices a lot now

TAB's hard to find around here but dh does manage it for me. Available in some other areas I've visited but NEVER on sale.

I was at 80 oz by 3 this afternoon so went on to 96!!!!! Probably do a bit more before bed but not much for obvious reasons.

I've never tried the Turkey Hill Diet Iced Tea but I am addicted to their frozen yogurt and light ice cream- an addition I'm trying to shake, of course. And their ice cream sandwiches (190 cal ea) are well worth the cals in satisfcation....

Thumbs down

Count me in --
water is my poison of choice, so i generally drink more than 60 oz. per day -- but i could always up that intake -- so this week i'll go for 80 oz. per day.
