HI! I hope you don't mind me joining so late in the month! Because we are 1/2 way through September, I am obviously going to give myself a reasonable goal. Next month, however - WATCH OUT!
For the first time in my life, I did formal exercise at the gym. I've been going three times a week and have managed to get to 990 minutes there plus another 210 minutes on the dreadmill at home. I'm amazed and delighted!
And there's still another 90 minutes tomorrow! 1290 total?
