I was thinking about heading to Sheetz this afternoon for a non-fat iced latte. I've never had one before and I was wondering if they were any good? How do they compare to Starbucks?

Oh and does anyone have a recipe for making iced lattes at home? Mine NEVER seem to taste right...

Ok here is mine...but its a mocha

1 1/3 cup reg coffee ( I make mine strong)
20 g (1 tbsp) hershey's choc syrup
.5 oz of torani sugar free choc syrup
4 oz of skim milk.

mix and pour over ice. 98 calories

(I have this EVERY morning!)

I'm no coffee expert, but lattes are made with espresso shots, and I'd bet you're using coffee at home, not espresso.

You would be right, I'm using coffee. I try to make it strong. Maybe I need to get some espresso at the store. Is there such a thing as instant espresso?

I use strong coffee and it tastes fine. Its not exactly starbucks....but its really good. Also check out hungrygirl cookbooks. She has some too.
