Default been MIA

I've been MIA the last week so. I'm sorry. I think I haven't posted because I haven't been doing well. I've fallen into my old pattern of not eating until the afternoon.

I haven't gone over my calories (I've been far under ). My reward? A weight-stall.

My goal was to see onederland by Sept 1st and that isn't going to happen. I weighed in this morning at 202.

I could kick myself.

I'm going to remember this experience. This is how I got fat in the first place. I MUST eat breakfast a lunch or the scale won't move. I'm simply sharing in case any lurkers are making the same mistake.

Glad to see everyone else is doing so well! I will be too by the end of the month!

Good to see you back

Recognizing what causes problems for us is the first step to making it better. Also, remembering what got us overweight and not wanting to go back is positive too.

You are doing great, and are *so* close to your onederland goal. You should be very proud of yourself for your accomplishments so far.

ugh, dont you hate that? i had to stop setting time-based goals for myself because if i didnt reach them id feel like a failure instead of celebrating the weight i HAD lost. (i literally almost cried on my birthday when i weighed 196.6 instead of 195) you're staying on track and have lost 20 lb!! onederland will be here before you know it!

You're only 3 lbs away from your goal! I don't think that is a failure - I think you're doing well and on the right track!
