I've been MIA the last week so. I'm sorry. I think I haven't posted because I haven't been doing well. I've fallen into my old pattern of not eating until the afternoon.
I haven't gone over my calories (I've been far under
). My reward? A weight-stall.
My goal was to see onederland by Sept 1st and that isn't going to happen. I weighed in this morning at 202.
I could kick myself.
I'm going to remember this experience. This is how I got fat in the first place. I MUST eat breakfast a lunch or the scale won't move. I'm simply sharing in case any lurkers are making the same mistake.
Glad to see everyone else is doing so well! I will be too by the end of the month!
