Ok, here goes. I have been saying that I wanted to start a program like Chalean Extreme or Slim in 6. I wanted to start something basic before going "Insane"
Anywho, I found the Program 90 program for dirt dirt cheap
but it did not come with the program guide. I have both DVDs. Sculpt Circuit 1-2 and etc.... My question is when do I do them? For example, scuplt 1 on day one cardio 1 on day two??? Please help!! I would TRULY appreciate it!!
I am going to check back later today. No matter what I am going to do the Cardio 1 today. I can't go wrong with that until I find out the next step. Thank you Thank you!!!
